Location : Dist Chittor, Andhra Pradesh.
B. Sunanda, helped in formation of Chittoor Jilla Vyavsay Kulil Union with Dalits and Tribals who are mainly agricultural labourers. This union is working in four mandals in more than 100 villages in Chittoor district Andhra Pradesh. The major issues are land struggle, housing, atrocities, securing equal as well as minimum wages, ration, social justice, exploitation of women and livelihood etc. The major issues are land struggle, housing, atrocities, wages, social justice, exploitation of women and livelihood etc. The area is a mix of irrigated and rain fed agriculture. Labour migration is prevalent here in non-agricultural season.
